Specifying Default Theme

If you have a *.potx PowerPoint theme, you can make it as your default theme by placing it at below location:

%appdata%\Microsoft\Templates\blank.potx

Restart PowerPoint and your new theme would be used as the default PowerPoint theme. That's it!
